Layerz: TOR Chat App – Anonymous Chat Over Tor, No Signup Layerz is a privacy-first chat app that routes your connection through the Tor network. Chat 1-to-1 with random people or invite a friend privately, with no account, no phone number, no email, and no username. Just open the app and start talking. Most chat apps ask who you are before you can say a single word. Layerz does the opposite. There is nothing to register, nothing to verify, and no profile to build.

Partial The chat UI and matching are vibe-codeable, but routing traffic through Tor and making real anonymity guarantees requires security expertise that vibe coding alone won't reliably provide.
What it would actually take: A real version would need to embed or bundle Tor (for example, Arti or a Tor library) on mobile, plus a relay or P2P signaling layer for 1-to-1 matching with end-to-end encryption. It needs a security review to avoid metadata and fingerprinting leaks, which requires an experienced privacy and applied cryptography engineer.
