Partial The trainer UI, profiles, and hotkey handling are standard Windows app work. Each game needs its own memory addresses or pointer chains, which require per-game reverse engineering.
What it would actually take: The app attaches to the game process using OpenProcess, ReadProcessMemory, and WriteProcessMemory, and applies saved values on hotkey press. The game-specific work is finding offsets with a memory scanner and debugger such as Cheat Engine or x64dbg. This needs reverse-engineering skill for each target game, and a generic trainer framework is harder to maintain.
