No It is a PS5 ELF payload that reads and writes system play-time data on console hardware, which requires a jailbroken PS5 exploit chain and low-level knowledge of the console's internals.
What it would actually take: A real version needs a working PS5 exploit or homebrew entry point, a native payload written against the console SDK, and knowledge of where the system stores per-title play-time records. Writing those records safely without corrupting the system database needs deep console-security and systems expertise.
