Partial Generating small apps from prompts and running them in a sandboxed Android view is doable. Secure sandboxing of generated code, phone control through accessibility services, and Play Store policy compliance are the hard parts.
What it would actually take: The core is an LLM codegen loop producing HTML/JS run in a sandboxed WebView, with persistent storage per app and a tool-calling layer for device actions. Robust security isolation, Android accessibility-service automation that Google may restrict, and store policy review require Android platform and security expertise.
