Partial OpenCascade supplies the geometry kernel, so the UI and file workflows are vibe-codeable, but a usable parametric CAD needs a robust constraint solver and drawing and sheet-metal generation that are hard to get right.
What it would actually take: A real version would combine OpenCascade (via pythonOCC or the C++ API) with a 2D sketch constraint solver, a feature-tree parametric engine, and DXF and drawing export. The hard parts are constraint solving that converges reliably and sheet-metal unfolding, which require CAD-kernel and geometry expertise.
