Could you build this?

Partial The browser UI with editable rows, balance checks, and CSV export is vibe-codeable. Reliably extracting transactions from bank PDFs requires per-bank layout parsers and testing against many statement formats, which is hard to get right without real sample data.

What it would actually take: Use pdf.js or a similar text-extraction library to pull positioned text items, then write per-bank parsers that map table regions to columns and handle multi-page rows. The hard part is coverage and accuracy across many bank layouts, which requires a large corpus of real statements and tests. Maintaining parsers as banks change their formats is ongoing work.
