Could you build this?

No A screen reader must interpret the accessibility tree of arbitrary apps, speak it reliably, and coexist with VoiceOver. That needs deep macOS accessibility internals, per-app workarounds, and testing with blind and low-vision users, which vibe coding cannot substitute for.

What it would actually take: A real version needs expert work on macOS accessibility APIs, speech synthesis, keyboard-layer input handling, and a model of how many apps expose their UI. The team needs accessibility engineering experience and extensive testing with assistive-technology users. Quality and reliability are hard to reach without that background.
