Partial The companion UI and save/state handling are vibe-codeable, but a working controller needs tModLoader's C# modding API and Terraria internals, plus knowledge of Fargo's Mutant mod's internal state to read and drive it correctly.
What it would actually take: Build it as a tModLoader mod in C#, using the tModLoader and Terraria APIs and a companion UI for controls. The hard part is reverse-engineering Fargo's Mutant internals (boss and event state, world flags) from its source, which requires reading the code and testing against the game. A solo developer who knows tModLoader modding can do this, but it takes game-modding expertise, not just prompting.
