Partial The platform for onboarding, assessment, and tracking contributors is vibe-codeable, but the value depends on mentorship operations, contribution-quality judgment, and incentive payouts that need real program design and possibly legal and financial work.
What it would actually take: The software side is a web app with user profiles, a contribution tracker (often pulling from GitHub APIs), a scoring and review workflow, and a payout ledger. The hard parts are defining fair, gaming-resistant assessment criteria and running the mentorship and compensation program in compliance with tax and labor rules. That requires program-management and legal expertise as well as engineering.
