Upload a photo, scan or screenshot of a floor plan: the AI reads the dimensions written on it and draws the rooms, walls, doors and windows in a few minutes. Then edit the plan by hand in a real drafting editor or just type what to change ("make the kitchen 4 x 3"), furnish it and see it in 3D. Export PNG for free, PDF or DXF (AutoCAD) with a pack. The editor is free; the AI runs on one-time packs from €5, no subscription.

Partial The web UI, 2D drafting editor, and text-command editing can be vibe-coded, but reliably extracting walls, doors, and dimensions from arbitrary photos and scans is a computer vision problem that generic AI will get partly wrong.
What it would actually take: Use a canvas-based editor (for example, a geometry model with snapping and constraints) plus a 3D renderer such as Three.js, with an LLM or vision model handling natural-language edits. The hard part is robust floor-plan parsing: OCR for dimension text, wall and door detection, scale calibration, and handling messy scans. That usually needs a fine-tuned vision model trained on labeled plans, plus a good fallback UI for manual correction.
