PageFlow is a free, open-source native macOS app that reads and annotates PDFs and edits Markdown notes, side by side in the same tabs and windows. PDFs get highlights, underlines, comments and bookmarks; Markdown notes get a live preview, tables edited in place, LaTeX math, Mermaid diagrams and comments stored inside the note. No analytics, no telemetry, no account, and no network requests of its own.
