Hold Caps Lock and a keyboard appears: every shortcut you've bound in the app you're in, on the key it lives on. Press it, it runs. Open an app, press keys, paste a snippet, click a button, run a script: one key each. Shortcuts know which app, site or window you're in, so one key means different things in Gmail and in your CRM. Runs on your Mac, works offline, voice transcribed on-device. For most people it replaces Raycast or Alfred. Free up to 20 shortcuts; Pro $12/month.

Partial A native macOS overlay that shows bound shortcuts and runs actions is buildable in Swift. However, reading each app's shortcuts reliably and detecting app, site, and window context depends on Accessibility APIs and per-app quirks that need careful engineering.
What it would actually take: Build a Swift/AppKit menu-bar app with a global Caps Lock hook, an overlay renderer, and a rules engine. Shortcut discovery relies on the Accessibility API and reading menu items, which varies by app, plus per-app and per-site detection that can be fragile. Notarization, permissions handling, and macOS-version compatibility require a developer experienced with macOS internals.
