Could you build this?
Partial The full-window UI, playlists, lyrics, and YouTube integration are vibe-codeable, but on-device audio analysis for colour extraction and a foobar2000 integration (a C++ plugin SDK) need real systems and DSP work.
What it would actually take: The UI can be built in a web-tech shell or Electron-style wrapper, but the foobar2000 side needs a native component in C++ using the foobar2000 SDK. Colour-from-music needs an audio-feature or FFT pipeline, which an experienced audio/DSP developer should validate. Synced lyrics and Canvas depend on third-party sources whose access terms need checking.
