Could you build this?

Partial The UI and player are buildable, but the defining feature is a torrent engine that prioritizes pieces for instant seeking and has a built-in WireGuard tunnel with a kill switch. Those are specialized networking problems that vibe coding alone won't solve well.

What it would actually take: A workable base could use libtorrent wrapped in an Electron or Tauri shell with a media player such as libVLC or mpv. The hard parts are sequential and urgent piece prioritization for fast seeks, peer selection, and a reliable in-app WireGuard tunnel with a leak-proof kill switch across three operating systems. That requires BitTorrent and networking expertise, plus cross-platform privileged-networking work.
