No The project is a hackintosh (OpenCore) bring-up of Intel Iris Xe GPU Metal acceleration on specific Dell hardware, which requires kernel-level and GPU driver expertise.
What it would actually take: This needs deep knowledge of macOS kernel extensions and ACPI/SSDT patching, plus Intel GPU register-level work and Metal driver integration. It is hardware-specific, low-level work for experienced kernel and driver engineers.
