AutoStart+ opens the apps you choose automatically after your phone restarts, as soon as you unlock it. No root and no scripts: pick apps from a searchable list, switch each one on or off, and drag to set the launch order. Run now launches the whole list without rebooting so you can test it. On Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo and Huawei phones it opens the right system Autostart screen. Free starts one app with ads; Pro starts the full list in order, adds an unlock banner and removes ads.

Partial The core Android app (boot receiver, app list, ordering, run-now) is easy to vibe-code, but reliably launching apps after restart on manufacturer-customized Android builds requires OEM-specific knowledge and testing on many devices.
What it would actually take: Build a native Android app in Kotlin using BOOT_COMPLETED receivers, PackageManager launch intents, and a persisted ordered list. The hard part is that OEMs like Xiaomi restrict background starts with their own autostart and battery managers, so you need per-vendor workarounds and a physical device lab to verify behavior.
