Partial The notch-style UI and approval flow are buildable, but reliably hooking into permission prompts across 11+ changing coding-agent tools is a hard integration problem.
What it would actually take: A native macOS app (Swift/AppKit or SwiftUI) would render an always-on-top panel near the notch and receive events over a local socket or hook mechanism. The hard part is a separate adapter for each agent's permission and question mechanism, which changes with each release. Building it well requires macOS native development and ongoing maintenance against undocumented agent internals.
