What it would actually take: Build a static or client-side web app with a Web Audio pitch-extraction pipeline (for example, autocorrelation or pYIN) and compare the learner's pitch contour with reference tones. Speech scoring could use an ASR or pronunciation API, or a small in-browser model. The hard parts are reliable tone scoring across accents and a vetted, HSK-tagged content corpus, which needs a linguist or teacher to verify.
