Could you build this?

No Running Android apps on Linux requires an Android runtime, ARM-to-x86 binary translation, binder/IPC emulation, and GPU/graphics and input layers. That is deep systems work, similar to the Waydroid or Anbox projects, and it is not something prompting an AI can produce reliably.

What it would actually take: A real version needs a Linux container or namespace-based Android userspace, a kernel with binder and ashmem support, and a rendering path such as Vulkan/GL translation plus input and audio bridging. Binary translation for ARM apps on x86 is a separate hard problem. Building it takes experienced systems, graphics, and Android internals engineers working for many months or years.
