What it would actually take: Pull play-by-play and box score data from NBA sources, then build a possession-level Monte Carlo model with player-level ratings, lineup and fatigue effects, and home court adjustments. Calibrate it on historical games and publish backtests with clear methodology. This needs a data scientist with sports modeling experience and years of historical data.
