YOUB is a chat-first AI coach for endurance athletes, whether you run, ride, swim, ski or race HYROX, or do all of it. Instead of a static plan or a dashboard full of numbers, you talk to your coach in the app or on WhatsApp. Most athletes don't train just one sport. YOUB builds one plan across all of them and balances the load between sports, so a hard ride doesn't wreck tomorrow's run.

Partial The chat interface, WhatsApp integration, and multi-sport plan generation are vibe-codeable with an LLM, but credible coaching requires sports-science expertise and reliable training-data integrations.
What it would actually take: A real version needs an LLM orchestration layer with a structured training-load model, integrations with Strava, Garmin, and Apple Health, and a WhatsApp Business API connection. The hard part is encoding endurance-training principles (periodisation, load, recovery) that a qualified coach would validate, so a sports-science advisor and an evaluation process for plan quality are needed.
