Partial Joining Zoom, Teams, and Meet as a bot and generating notes from prepared material are buildable by wrapping existing meeting-bot and avatar/voice APIs. A convincing real-time interactive avatar that speaks with low latency and a cloned voice is a much harder problem.
What it would actually take: Use meeting-bot infrastructure (for example, Recall.ai-style APIs) to join calls and capture audio and video, then pipe transcripts through an LLM grounded in the user's notes. The avatar needs real-time talking-head generation and voice cloning from providers like HeyGen or ElevenLabs, with streaming latency below conversational thresholds. Getting that to feel natural in a live call requires GPU-backed streaming infrastructure and expertise in real-time media.
