What it would actually take: Pipeline: stem separation (Demucs-class models), lyric alignment (Whisper-style forced alignment), and per-instrument transcription models that output chart files in the game format. The hard part is training or fine-tuning transcription models on large, accurately charted datasets, which requires ML engineering and labeled data that a solo builder would have to create.
