What it would actually take: Build a native macOS menu-bar app (Swift) that captures Option-key sequences via the Accessibility/event-tap APIs and sends the equivalent Excel for Mac commands via AppleScript or keystroke injection. The hard part is reliable mapping across Excel versions and macOS permission handling. A macOS developer who knows Accessibility APIs is needed.
