Could you build this?

Partial The backup logic, web UI, and NAS sync are standard scripting that an AI assistant can produce, but the USB gadget setup, car power behavior, and TeslaCam file quirks need real hardware testing that vibe coding alone can't validate.

What it would actually take: A Debian-based Python or Go service that exposes a Pi as a USB mass-storage gadget via configfs, watches for Wi-Fi reachability of the NAS, and syncs with rsync or rclone. The hard part is reliable USB gadget and power behavior on a real car with a Pi Zero 2 W, which requires Linux embedded debugging and iterative in-car testing.
