Partial The OpenAI-compatible gateway and local proxy are vibe-codeable, but each supported provider's login and API flow must be reverse-engineered, and those flows are undocumented and break often.
What it would actually take: The gateway itself would be a standard FastAPI or Node service exposing OpenAI-style endpoints, with a local credential store and a provider adapter layer. The hard part is reverse engineering each upstream provider's authentication and request format, then keeping those adapters working as the providers change. That requires ongoing protocol-analysis and maintenance effort, plus a view on the providers' terms of service.
