No The description says the product is a full operating system built 'from the installer up,' which means a bootloader, kernel, drivers, and a userland, far beyond what vibe coding can produce.
What it would actually take: Building a real OS needs kernel and low-level systems engineers, hardware driver expertise across many devices, a secure boot and installer chain, and a large testing matrix. A lighter desktop-environment demo in a browser or on top of Linux would be vibe-codeable, but a standalone OS with its own browser and apps is a multi-year team effort.
