Could you build this?

Partial While the dating mechanics and audio/video messaging are straightforward, integrating official Aadhaar KYC verification requires certified third-party vendor contracts, legal compliance, and secure identity pipelines.

What it would actually take: A production app requires integration with Indian government-licensed KYC providers (e.g., Digilocker or authorized AUA/KUA entities like Cashfree or Signzy), encrypted contact hashing for matching/blocking, and an audio/video processing pipeline with WebRTC/S3 storage. The hard part is managing regulatory and security compliance around PII/Aadhaar data handling under Indian data privacy laws.
