an infinite canvas where equations, matrices, live graphs, and formula tables all work natively together. If a prof writes a huge proof or diagram on the board, I can snap a photo on my phone and it turns it into clean, editable math and text blocks that sync straight to my desktop canvas. It also has an AI assistant (Lemma) with an independent math solver built in so it actually checks its own calculations before putting anything in your notes.

Partial The infinite canvas, live math rendering and graphing are vibe-codeable, but turning photos of handwritten proofs into clean editable math is a hard recognition problem that needs a specialised model or service.
What it would actually take: The canvas can be built with a web framework and a math engine such as KaTeX, MathJax and math.js, with real-time sync via a CRDT library. Handwritten-math recognition is the hard part: it needs a trained OCR model for math notation, ideally fine-tuned on handwritten formulas, or a paid service such as Mathpix. Output quality on messy whiteboard photos is the main risk.
