What it would actually take: Build a RISC-V (RV64I) execution trace and arithmetize it into constraints over binary fields, then add a hash-based polynomial commitment and IOP (sumcheck/FRI-style) with a Fiat-Shamir transcript. The hard parts are soundness, binary-field arithmetic performance, and prover speed, which need cryptographers and performance-focused Rust engineers, plus extensive audit and testing against the paper.
