Partial The menu-bar UI, keep-awake, audio/EQ, casting, and charge-limit features are doable with public APIs. Fan curves, SMC-level control, and XDR brightness depend on undocumented hardware interfaces and privileged helpers, which need specialist macOS systems knowledge.
What it would actually take: A Swift menu-bar app with a privileged helper daemon for SMC/fan access (per-model keys, reverse-engineered), Core Audio process taps for per-app EQ, and private display APIs or DDC for XDR brightness. Also needs an iOS companion with remote control and a fail-safe design. The hard parts are low-level, model-specific hardware control and safety, which require deep macOS and firmware expertise and testing on many machines.
