Read the full description

Flux is a native macOS log explorer for engineers debugging production. It connects to Graylog, Elasticsearch through Kibana, or local files and Docker, and turns your logs into a tree of services, streams and endpoints with request counts and error rates. Query with Lucene and completion over real field values, trace any ID across every stream, map services from logs, and follow a failing request down to the commit behind it. Claude Code reads the same logs over MCP. Tokens stay on your Mac.

Could you build this?

Yes It is a native macOS app that connects to standard log backends (Graylog, Elasticsearch, Docker, local files) through their APIs. The tree views and query completion are substantial but well-defined UI and data work that AI-assisted coding can handle.
