Partial A basic Android keyboard is buildable, but high-quality glide typing, offline prediction, and on-device AI rewriting across 800+ languages need specialized input-method and on-device ML work and language data.
What it would actually take: Build an Android InputMethodService with a custom keyboard UI, then add gesture-decoding and n-gram or neural prediction models per language, quantized for on-device inference, plus offline speech recognition and a small local LLM for rewriting. The hard parts are the language models and dictionaries for hundreds of languages and the performance tuning that keeps typing latency low on phones. This requires experience with mobile NLP and on-device ML, plus linguistic data.
