What it would actually take: The site can be a static generator with Jupyter or Colab notebooks, and the labs can use scikit-learn or PyTorch on a generated network-traffic dataset. The hard part is expert-authored, technically correct content on intrusion detection, adversarial ML and prompt injection, which requires a practitioner or researcher in security ML to write and check.
