What it would actually take: A real version needs a memory-access layer (a DLL injected into the Unity IL2CPP runtime, or an external process reader), an IL2CPP metadata dumper that parses the game's binary and global-metadata files, and hooks for speedhack and teleport. The hard part is keeping these working across game patches, which requires reverse-engineering experience with native x64 code and Unity internals.
