Could you build this?
Partial Concept2 PM5 integration via its documented BLE/ANT protocol and the timing/stats UI are straightforward. Reliable stroke counting from any rowing machine using the front camera requires real computer vision work that vibe coding alone won't produce.
What it would actually take: The PM5 path is a BLE client reading the documented Concept2 performance monitor protocol. The camera path needs pose estimation (for example MediaPipe or a small on-device model) to detect the rowing motion cycle, with tuning across lighting and camera angles. This requires computer vision expertise and a lot of real-world testing, and the pure-UI parts are simple.
