Partial The app-blocking UI and timer are vibe-codeable, but the core blocking relies on Apple's Screen Time frameworks, which require special entitlements and native iOS expertise.
What it would actually take: The build would be a native iOS app in Swift using FamilyControls/ManagedSettings and DeviceActivity, plus widgets and Live Activities. The hard parts are obtaining Apple's entitlement approval and making the uninstall guard and bypass-friction logic work within the platform's restrictions. It needs iOS platform expertise and App Store review navigation.
