Partial Building an iOS app with health dashboards is trivial, but connecting to a proprietary fitness tracker over Bluetooth Low Energy without the official app requires reverse engineering Xiaomi's proprietary BLE protocol, cryptographic handshakes, and binary packet formats.
What it would actually take: The stack involves an iOS native app using CoreBluetooth, Swift, and HealthKit. The critical challenge is obtaining or cracking the Xiaomi proprietary authentication key exchange, deciphering encrypted protobuf or binary telemetry packets over BLE GATT services, and reconstructing historical sleep/activity metrics. Doing this without an official account requires reverse-engineering firmware communication traces or firmware decompilation.
