Partial The task UI, offline-first storage, and apps are codeable, but the end-to-end encryption design and multi-device sync with conflict resolution are security-critical pieces that vibe coding alone may get wrong.
What it would actually take: Use a local-first store (e.g., SQLite or IndexedDB) with a sync protocol that merges encrypted change logs, built on a client-side crypto stack such as Argon2id and XChaCha20-Poly1305. The hard parts are key derivation and recovery, a sound sync and merge model that does not leak metadata, and the Windows and Android builds. A solo developer with applied cryptography and sync experience, plus a security review, would be needed.
