What it would actually take: A real version would combine a browser and terminal automation layer (Playwright or similar, plus PTY control for CLIs) with an LLM agent that plans and judges test runs. It would also need sandboxed, isolated execution, video and session recording storage, and a CI/Git integration. Reliability engineering and infrastructure for many concurrent runs against live systems is the expensive part.
