Could you build this?

Partial The practice UI, tab scrolling, looping, and scoring are vibe-codeable, but a real version needs a psarc/feedpak parser, reverse-engineered from Rocksmith's file format, plus audio time-stretching and pitch detection for slow-down and scoring.

What it would actually take: Use a Windows desktop shell (e.g., Electron, Tauri, or C#/WPF) with an audio engine such as WASAPI or a DSP library. The hard parts are decrypting and parsing the Rocksmith PSARC archive and its song/arrangement formats, which can draw on existing community tools, and implementing pitch-preserving time-stretch plus note detection for scoring. Real Tone Cable support needs USB audio handling. A solo developer with audio DSP and file-format reverse-engineering experience could build this.
