Partial The CV tailoring, cover-letter generation, and WhatsApp delivery are buildable with LLM and messaging APIs, but sourcing reliable job listings across boards is a data and legal hurdle.
What it would actually take: Use an LLM to tailor CVs and letters, and the WhatsApp Business Cloud API to deliver matches. The hard part is job data: aggregating listings from many boards typically needs paid job-feed APIs or scraping, which is fragile and may violate terms. Matching quality also benefits from a large, deduplicated job corpus, which takes sustained data engineering and capital to build.
