What it would actually take: Use client-side parsers for OOXML (zip plus XML), PDF object structure, and EXIF/XMP, with WebAssembly where needed. The hard part is exhaustively identifying and rewriting every metadata location per format and verifying the output, which needs format-specification expertise and a test corpus.
