Warm Mittens makes it snow on your Mac. Snow settles on your windows, icicles grow underneath, and a little snowplow clears the drift at the bottom of the screen. Throw snowballs at friends’ screens, or let the drift fill up as a Pomodoro timer. Free.

Partial A basic overlay window is simple, but an interactive macOS menu bar utility that detects window boundaries via Accessibility/CoreGraphics APIs, grows icicles on third-party windows, and shares screen interactions requires specialized macOS system programming.
What it would actually take: Requires Swift and Cocoa with native AppKit transparent overlay windows, Quartz Window Services (CGWindowListCopyWindowInfo) to inspect exact on-screen geometry of foreign apps, and macOS Accessibility permissions. The hard parts are low-overhead 60 FPS SpriteKit/Metal particle physics overlaying arbitrary dynamic window movements and handling multi-monitor DPI scaling without performance lag.
