Description

Solo dev from Brazil. Parser is a real Debian (stable-slim, arm64) on Android via PRoot, no root needed. You get a working terminal with apt (git, nano, node 22, adb preinstalled), a code editor, and two-way sync with your PC. Same Wi-Fi: direct. Away from home: encrypted relay. Conflicts become a conflict screen, never a silent merge. Pairing is a QR scan. The hardest part was keeping the terminal alive: Android kills background processes differently on every phone. Free on the Play Store.

Could you build this?

No Packaging a Linux distribution inside Android without root via PRoot alongside terminal emulation and custom p2p/relay sync requires deep Android NDK, Linux syscall emulation, and systems networking knowledge.

What it would actually take: Requires deep familiarity with Android NDK, PRoot syscall interception (ptrace emulation on arm64), building a terminal emulator frontend (like Termux core), and implementing an encrypted end-to-end sync daemon with WebRTC/relay fallback. Conversational AI code generation regularly fails at low-level Linux kernel syscall translation and native Android NDK integration.
