Could you build this?
Partial The Adobe Premiere Pro CEP/UXP plugin panel and standard audio-to-text API calls can be vibe-coded, but coordinating local speech alignment, generating animation keyframes, and rendering them locally into video streams or Premiere timelines requires deep video pipeline and Adobe SDK expertise.
What it would actually take: Built with Adobe Premiere Pro C++ SDK / ExtendScript / UXP, integrated with local Whisper for forced-alignment phoneme timestamps and an animation generation engine (like Remotion or Skia). The hard parts are seamless Premiere timeline manipulation, frame-rate synced keyframing, and local rendering without crashing the host application.
