Description

Stat Proxies sells static US residential (ISP) proxies for teams running browser agents, scrapers, and other automation. Each IP stays the same for as long as you keep it, so logged-in sessions and multi-step tasks don't break when the exit changes. You pay a flat monthly price per IP with unlimited bandwidth, so screenshot-heavy agent loops don't run up a per-GB bill. Every IP supports HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5, and a REST API lets you order, list, cancel, and swap IPs from code.

Could you build this?

No Providing static residential ISP proxies requires bilateral telecommunications partnerships and physical hardware/IP allocations from consumer ISPs, not just software.

What it would actually take: To provide genuine static residential proxies, a company must negotiate commercial IP lease contracts with residential Internet Service Providers (like AT&T, Comcast, or regional telcos) or broker ASN leases registered as residential. Infrastructure requires rack servers in local datacenters/colocations with BGP routing, bandwidth management, and abuse prevention systems. This requires substantial telecommunications relationships, regulatory compliance, and network engineering expertise.
