Could you build this?
Partial A general raster graphics editor UI can be vibe-coded, but parsing the complex Adobe PSD specification and handling advanced layer compositing/blending modes requires substantial specialized engineering.
What it would actually take: Requires building a desktop application (C++/C# or Rust with GPU rendering like Skia/Direct2D) featuring a multi-layer composition pipeline. The core difficulty lies in robustly decoding and encoding the proprietary, reverse-engineered Adobe PSD binary file format specification (including adjustment layers, layer masks, and nested groups). It necessitates specialized graphics engineering skills and extensive testing against real-world PSD variations.
