Description

Sigbot turns the email signatures in your Outlook into one clean, shared contact list. Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365 and it reads the names, titles, firms and phone numbers people have already sent you, merges duplicates and flags bounced addresses. After the first scan it checks for new mail by itself. Filter by trade and area, copy emails for a selection, export to Excel or CSV, and take it with you on the iPhone app. Free plan, no card needed.

Could you build this?

Yes It can be built using Microsoft Graph API to read incoming emails, sending raw signatures to an LLM (like GPT-4o-mini) with structured output to extract contact details and upsert them into a database.

Same idea, different domain

Nobody's really built a crm & pipeline tool for Fintech yet.

{# Ad rails are position:fixed (see app.css's .sponsor-rail), so moving them after
in source order is purely cosmetic for the DOM -- visually they stay pinned left/right exactly as before. Put here so a linear text reader (an automated site-verification crawler, a screen reader, a search engine) hits the real page content first instead of a wall of repeated "Open slot" ad-placeholder filler before ever reaching a sentence about what Nicheloom is. #}
