Could you build this?
Partial Proton Mail uses zero-access end-to-end encryption with OpenPGP; exporting messages requires either interacting with the local Proton Bridge IMAP interface or handling PGP decryption keys client-side, which has intricate cryptographic hurdles.
What it would actually take: The system must interface directly with Proton Bridge over local IMAP or decrypt exported PGP data using OpenPGP.js / native cryptography with user private keys, parse complex MIME structures, and format them into searchable PDFs with embedded attachments. Managing secure memory handling, password protection, and PGP key verification requires solid security engineering beyond typical vibe-coded web apps.
